Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

How to Initiate

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
3. Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
